Our goal is to become the marketplace for user-generated meal plans.

Through our in-house developed app and website, we enable an influencer; sportsman; dietician; or foodie ("contributors") to compose their recommended meal plan/s and enable them to sell this, through a monthly subscription, to interested followers - both via their social media and our app.

Our platform offers contributors the possibility to tag used ingredients on recipe photos, to add a recipe and to calculate nutritional values. Additionally, contributors can indicate in his profile for whom the meal plan is suitable for: athletes; people who want to lose weight; or, for example, a young family. They can also classify the meal plan according to time/budget or difficulty. Our intelligent software helps contributors to create the ideal meal plan for their target audience. We take into account sustainability, food wastage, and varied nutrition.

Contributors will promote meal plans on their social networks to attract new users to Foodimus; incentivised not only by the financial remuneration received for each user, but also fulfilling their audiences request for insight on the contributors daily meal plan. This allows Foodimus to leverage their organic followership and subsequently reach audiences who are not only interested in fitness, health and food inspiration - but are also seeking information that is convenient and accessible. We take the convenience social content can offer one step further by taking away all of the guess-work for the end-user.

Our platform enables the user to gain exclusive information on how to eat like the influencers they feel inspired by, for a fixed amount per month, in an easy and user-friendly manner. Consequently, the user is no longer lost for food inspiration. The user can choose to follow a publisher's meal plan, or pick out the recipes they like, by combining different recipes to create a personalised meal plan.

The app makes use of a freemium model, where the app is free to download but to receive a weekly meal plan from your favourite contributor you have to upgrade to a paid account and pay a monthly fee.
