Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

Low in fat and super tasty

These easy balls taste like carrot cake and are very healthy too. We make them without nuts, which makes these balls much lower in fat and calories than most bliss balls. Thanks to the grated carrot, you will also get some extra vegetables without noticing 😉

Ingredients

  • 120 g wortel
  • 60 g verse dadels ontpit
  • 75 g rozijnen
  • Snufje zout
  • 75 g havermout of boekweitvlokken
  • 2 tl speculaaskruiden
  • Snufje zout
  • 20 g kokosrasp (om in te rollen)

Instructions

1. Rasp de wortel. Snijd de dadels in kleine stukjes.

2. Doe alle ingrediënten, behalve de kokosrasp, in een grote kom en kneed goed. Hoe langer en beter je kneedt, hoe beter de ingrediënten blijven plakken. Hier heb je geen keukenmachine voor nodig!

3. Maak 12 balletjes en rol deze door de kokosrasp. Bewaar in de koelkast of vriezer.
