What is the delivery time of my order?
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed on weekdays before 21:00 will be shipped the same day.
How can you track your order?
Your order is shipped via PostNL. As soon as your package is registered with the carrier, we will send you an email with the Track & Trace code. With this code, you can easily track the status of your shipment, knowing exactly the expected delivery date and the whereabouts of your package.
Important: We recommend regularly checking the Track & Trace information for any updates or changes from PostNL.
PostNL usually delivers your package once. Not at home? The package will then be taken to a nearby PostNL pickup point. It will be available for collection there for one week. Note: PostNL may no longer leave a physical slip, so always check the Track & Trace information or the PostNL app for the exact pickup location.
What if your package is not delivered, but Track & Trace indicates it is? First, check if it was delivered to the neighbors or sent to a pickup location. If not, feel free to contact us at hello@foodimus.com. Always include your order number so we can assist you quickly and efficiently!
How can you cancel or change your order?
Due to the speed of our ordering system, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or change orders once they are placed.
Do you want to cancel your order after receiving it? Of course, you can! Please check our shipping and returns page for more information on the terms and procedure. It’s important that the product is unused and undamaged.
Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?
Absolutely! With your order, you will always receive an invoice stating the VAT clearly. You can use this invoice for your own administration.
