Liquid salad

We find this a very nice smoothie to ensure we get our vegetables. A lifesaver if you’re going to eat somewhere where the vegetable portions might not be too large. To be completely honest, you might not like it the first time (we weren’t immediate fans either because it’s really a veggie smoothie), but you’ll get used to the taste. And probably really appreciate it too. Especially when you know (and experience) the magic power this smoothie possesses.

Detox, minerals, energy

The Seriously Green Smoothie helps with your detox. It replenishes the mineral reserves in your body. What is necessary to combat muscle soreness, keep your skin, hair, and nails strong. It’s honestly good for everything. Perfect to start the day with (followed by a piece of fruit or some oatmeal). But also perfect as a snack in between. Especially at that moment when you actually want to grab a cup of coffee. Believe us, your body will be very happy with this. An energy boost, but not borrowed energy (like caffeine), so you don’t have to compromise at other times. After this, you’ll have no excuse not to start that workout. You’re UP!

  • 1/2 komkommer
  • 1/2 venkelknol
  • 5 g peterselie
  • 1 citroen
  • 10 g verse gember (naar smaak)
  • 1 tl kokosolie
  • 500 ml water|1/2 paksoi

Instructions

1. Snijd de paksoi, komkommer en venkel klein. Doe in de blender samen met de peterselie, sap van de citroen, het stukje gember en de kokosolie.
