Partner: The natural or legal person who registers with Foodimus to offer knowledge and services to users.
Services: The services that Foodimus offers to users and partners, including connecting users and partners, providing software for health goal insights, and supporting users and partners in using these services.

Article 2: Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all interactions and agreements on the Foodimus platform. They apply to all users and partners who register and participate in our services. By using Foodimus, you agree to these terms, as outlined in our introduction and further provisions.

Article 3: Registration and Use

Role of Foodimus as a Platform

Foodimus provides a platform that allows users to connect with Partners. Foodimus acts as a facilitator for these connections, but is not itself a provider of the health or nutrition services that are offered by Partners.

The responsibility of Foodimus is limited to maintaining and making the platform available. Foodimus has no control over and is not responsible for the actions or services of Partners.

Efforts of Foodimus

Foodimus will make efforts to ensure the availability and functionality of the platform. However, Foodimus is not liable for interruptions or outages that are beyond its control, such as technical problems, system failures, or network outages.

Responsibility of Users

Users are responsible for assessing the suitability and reliability of the services offered by Partners. Foodimus offers no guarantees with respect to the quality, safety, or accuracy of the services offered by Partners.

Importance of Professional Medical Advice

Payment for Services

Payment for services, such as coaching programs, must be made in advance. These payments are made through the payment methods accepted by Foodimus.
