Improving sports performance

Teff Protein Powder is suitable for daily use (50 to 90 grams for men and 40 to 60 grams for women per intake) and can be made as follows:
Meal Porridge
50 to 90 g protein powder with 300 to 400 ml liquid (milk, fruit juice, buttermilk, water or similar). After stirring, a smooth porridge is created that can be consumed immediately.
Shake
50 g Teff protein powder with 500 ml fluid (water, fruit juice, milk, buttermilk or similar) during performance. Ready immediately after shaking.
